18 April 2026 Waterfront Canal Challenge

April 18 @ 7:30 am - 12:30 pm

Join us for a morning of community, connection and purpose at the Waterfront Canal Challenge, presented in partnership with the Rotary Club of the Waterfront. Taking place in the V&A Waterfront canals on Saturday, 18 April 2026, this event brings people together through the simple but powerful act of entering the water side by side. It is a gathering of a community committed to inclusion, resilience and creating opportunities for others.

We believe the ocean has the power to connect and transform lives. Through surf therapy and inclusive ocean programmes, we work to ensure that persons of all abilities can experience the freedom and possibility the ocean offers.

The Canal Swim is an opportunity for swimmers, supporters, and volunteers to come together in that spirit. Whether you choose to swim, assist on the day, or simply stand alongside the community, you become part of a shared effort to expand access to the ocean and strengthen the networks of care that make this work possible.
